My son and I were facing the somewhat daunting task of completing our small brewery application with the TTB when we were referred to Sarah. She was described as an expert in the compliance field with in depth knowledge of forms to be filled out, the 'language' used to communicate with regulatory agencies and the entire permitting process with both the TTB and state ABC.

We contacted her and were immediately impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She guided us through the various forms and it wasn't long before they were submitted. Once submitted we asked Sarah to continue to help monitor the progress of our application through the review and approval process. We had heard and had first hand knowledge of permit applicants who had waited many months for approvals.

When the TTB had concerns Sarah was able to field their questions and resolve the issues. Her process knowledge proved invaluable as our application virtually sailed through the TTB review and was approved in less than 40 days!! This far exceeded our expectations to the point it caught us off guard! We'll take 'off guard' over months of delay every time!
